Welcome Bonus at Roostino

The Roostino welcome bonus package is the largest single offer available on the platform and is reserved exclusively for players who have not previously held an account. It combines a deposit match, free spins on a named Pragmatic Play pokie, and a cashback safety net into one activation.

Eligibility and Activation

To activate the 150% match, create a verified Roostino account, navigate to the cashier, enter promo code ROOST150 in the designated field, and complete a qualifying deposit of at least $20 AUD. The bonus and free spins credit to your account automatically. The welcome package is open to players aged 18 and over who are completing their first deposit.

Wager

The wagering requirement is 35x the sum of your deposit and the bonus amount, calculated at the moment the bonus is credited. The maximum bet permitted while a bonus balance is active is $5 per spin or round. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.

Which Games Count

Pokies including Sweet Bonanza, Megaways titles, and other video pokies from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, and NetEnt typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games and RNG table games contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded entirely. Check the full terms on the promotions page for the current contribution table before selecting which games to play with bonus funds.

Terms and Conditions

Understanding how the bonus terms work helps you plan your wagering sessions effectively and avoid common pitfalls.

How Wagering Works

Every dollar of eligible wager reduces the remaining rollover balance by the contribution rate of the game you are playing. Playing pokies at 100% contribution is the fastest route to clearing the requirement. Placing a $5 bet on a 100%-contributing pokie reduces the remaining rollover by $5; a $5 bet on a game that contributes 10% reduces it by only $0.50.

Max. Bonus Withdrawal

Specific maximum withdrawal caps from the welcome bonus are published in the full terms and conditions on the promotions page. Review these limits before beginning wagering, particularly if you are depositing a large qualifying amount. You can find every code on the Promo Code page.

Validity Period

All bonus funds and free spin winnings from the welcome package expire 30 days after the bonus is credited. The free spins on Sweet Bonanza must be used within 7 days of being awarded. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from the account balance automatically.

Excluded Games

Live casino tables, jackpot pokies, and certain RNG table game variants may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. The promo terms on the site list every excluded game category. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active does not count towards the rollover and may result in bonus forfeiture in some circumstances.

Loyalty Bonuses at Roostino

Beyond the welcome package, Roostino runs a calendar of recurring promotions that reward players for continued activity. 18+ only.

Weekly and Monthly Promotions

Monday Reload Madness awards a 75% deposit match up to $450 AUD on qualifying deposits made on Mondays. Wednesday Wild Spins awards 50 free spins to players who have deposited within the previous seven days. The weekend reload bonus runs Friday through Sunday and delivers an additional deposit match of up to $1,050 AUD plus 50 free spins. These promotions recur weekly, giving regular players consistent reload value on top of standard VIP tier benefits.

Cashback

All players enrolled in the loyalty programme receive monthly cashback on net losses. The rate begins at 5% for Bronze-tier members and scales to 15% for Platinum members. At Gold and Platinum tiers, weekly VIP cashback is also credited, providing more frequent recovery on losing sessions. Cashback is typically credited as a bonus balance and subject to a single-playthrough requirement.

Reload Bonuses

In addition to the weekly reload calendar described above, players at Silver tier and above receive personalised reload offers sent directly to their registered email and displayed in the account’s promotions section. Gold and Platinum members receive higher-value reload offers and access to exclusive tournament prize pools.

VIP Programme at Roostino

The Roostino loyalty programme enrolls every player automatically from the first real-money wager. No separate application or minimum deposit is required. The system awards loyalty points for every $10 wagered on eligible games, with the points multiplier increasing at higher tiers. 18+ only.

The four tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. At Bronze, members receive 5% monthly cashback, access to standard weekly promotions, and a birthday bonus. Silver unlocks weekly reload bonuses, higher birthday bonus values, and improved withdrawal processing priority. Gold adds an accelerated points multiplier, exclusive tournament invitations, and additional weekly cashback. Platinum is the top tier, bringing a personal account manager, bespoke bonuses, the fastest payout processing available at Roostino, and the highest monthly withdrawal limits on the platform.

Players can track their point balance and tier progress in the “My Rewards” section of their account dashboard. There is no cost to advance through the tiers; progression is driven entirely by real-money wagering activity.
